In Raqslates, we integrate Pilates exercises with elements of Bellydance and Modern Dance to gain a deeper understanding of movement. In this fun, one-hour group fitness class, we will improve core strength and postural support while learning to articulate and express movement. This class is perfect for beginners who want to explore the foundations of Pilates and Bellydance, as well as for a more advanced learner who wishes to elevate their movement practice. Please bring your own fitness mat and water bottle
