The reformer provides support and helps to guide movement through space. It utilizes spring tension to maximize stretch and strength, while helping you to access your deepest support muscles. The gliding frame challenges balance and stability, and makes the exercises smooth and fluid
Every body! Pilates is easily adaptable to all ages, body types, and fitness levels. Additionally, individual Pilates programs can be designed for those with injuries or limitations. Aware Body Lab is an inclusive space and celebrates diversity. We encourage people of all ages, genders, races, sexual orientation, backgrounds, and body types to join us as we explore and create movement
Join a Slow-flow or an All-levels class, or sign up for a private session to go at your own pace and to develop individual goals
Comfortable movement-based clothing. Bare foot or socks with grips are recommended for the equipment
Group classes are 35$ for a 55 minute class. Message or reach out to me for private and semi-private class arrangements
