Aware Body Lab offers personalized Pilates conditioning and fitness, as well as movement education, and dance. We explore integrative methods and techniques with the intent of bringing awareness into our bodies and movements. We create a rich understanding of posture, motion, and space
Each month we focus on a different theme, allowing you to experience the principles of Pilates and movement. These can include topics such as deepening core connections, posture, balance, and breath. This emphasis provides a sensory experience of movement and gives practical applications that can be applied to everyday movement
Every body has a unique history and mode of expression. By formatting our classes to the individual, we help you to find your sense of balance and strength in movement. We work with students of all ages and fitness levels including competitive athletes and dancers, those with injuries and limitations, as well as those pursuing general fitness goals
Aware Body Lab is an inclusive space and celebrates diversity. We encourage people of all ages, genders, races, sexual orientation, backgrounds, and body types to join us as we explore and create movement
